Supervision Control Center (SCC) MS Architect
A SCC MS Architect is key in the development of SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition), ATS (Automated Train Supervision) and MS (Management System).
Responsibilities
- Design subsystem solutions aligned with project needs
- Identify gaps between project requirements and standard products
- Collaborate with system team on solutions
- Oversee subsystem management throughout project execution
- Control internal and external interfaces
- Coordinate development, integration, and verification & validation
- Define application rules and engineering processes
- Plan subsystem migration and define the deployment strategy
- Integrate solution components into a functional system
Subsystem/Software Specifications & Architecture
- Produce and maintain design documentation based on operational context (user story) and peer reviews
- Revise documentation during design, development, and testing phases according to feedback
- Ensure compliance with Safety and Cybersecurity requirements
Integration
- Validate technical procedures for subsystem and interface integration
- Advise on all integration activities
Subsystem Validation
- Advise and follow up on system-level validation activities
- Ensure compliance with system requirements and contracts
- Support requirements traceability from system to subsystem and software levels
Experience
- BA in Engineering
- 10+ years in architecture/software development
- Asset: Experience in railway industry, systems engineering, or large control center systems
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in C#, SQL, SQL Server; skilled in debugging
- Familiar with OPC UA/DA, SNMP, XML, HAproxy, MQTT, web HMI
- Experience with configuration management tools (GitLab), tracking tools (ClearQuest, RTC, Jira) and requirement management tools (DOORS)
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity and Agile/SCRUM principles
- Knowledge of Alstom products is a major asset
