Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your signaling, project management and civil works expertise within one of the most complex and exciting areas of railway signaling delivery. You’ll work alongside collaborative, experienced, and international teams in a dynamic, partner‑based project environment.
You’ll play a central role in delivering the signaling‑related civil works scope for one of Canada’s most transformative public transit projects. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with global engineering teams, local construction and design resources, and key delivery partners — including Heavy Civils and Track Works partners — to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project execution.
You’ll provide senior project leadership for signaling civil works activities related to signaling systems, managing design and construction teams, including design interfaces, construction, installation, coordination of multi-disciplinary civil teams and suppliers, and ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) objectives.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Defining, planning, and applying project strategies for signaling civil works to meet contractual commitments and project targets
-
Managing the end‑to‑end delivery of signaling‑related civil works, from design through construction and site execution
-
Leading and managing signaling civil design and construction teams, ensuring alignment between engineering outputs and field execution
- Coordinating interfaces with Heavy Civils and Track Works partners, ensuring effective sequencing, access planning, and constructability
-
Identifying, managing, and mitigating risks, opportunities, and deviations that may impact project objectives
-
Planning, monitoring, and controlling project scope, schedule, resources, and costs for signaling civil works
-
Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, standards, and processes (Ethics & Compliance, EHS, Railway Safety, Quality)
- Representing Alstom towards customers, partners, and external stakeholders, as delegated from Project Manager

- At least 15 years experience, including 7 years in a project leadership role within rail systems, infrastructure, or major construction projects
