The GO Expansion scope : new electric locomotives, fleet upgrades, train control systems, network electrification, signalling, telecommunications and digital systems, maintenance, and much more.
Purpose:

The mission of the Requirements Management Intern is to support to the Requirement Management team to make sure each of the technical requirements of the project (contract, safety and operations) is managed through the full lifecycle (capture, allocation, agreement, elicitation, verification, validation, etc.) using the project DOORS tool.
Key accountabilities:
The Requirements Management Intern will:

Support RM team in day-to-day RM activities
- Follow up on meetings
-
Keep requirement data sets consistent with other systems (synchronisation of databases)

Prepare analyses of requirement sets (gap analysis between files)

Identify difficulties and risk in requirements compliance and ensure escalation and follow up of those

Produce progress KPI and reports for requirement management on PBI

Publish requirement baselines
Educational Requirements:
-
In progress of obtaining university degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
Competencies & Skills:
-
Relevant technical work experience
-
General technical knowledge in railways
-
Experience managing data
-
Experience using Power BI tool
-
Knowledge of the Systems Engineering process
-
Open to innovative engineering, new equipment, methods, tools
-
Systematic, detail oriented
-
Able to animate discussions and identify and escalate issues
