MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Tendering

  • Scouting and Subcontractors assessment (RFI, QIA, quality & EHS audit…)
  • Market assessment and analysis (best practices, market way of working/usage, competition…)
  • Contribute to the Installation costing development and maturity during the Tender phase.

 

Contracting

  • Ensure proper implementation of Procurement DFQ processes (Go-RFQ, BA, Go Order)
  • Manage RFP/RFQ/Claim processes when no Buyer available (Lead commercial & contractual negotiations).
  • Lead complex contract negotiations with Contractors involving multiple stakeholders and expertise including Customer.
  • Ensure the project execution is in line with QCDT objectives
  • Ensure a proper setting up of the Procurement process with respect to the Alstom golden rules (Legal, E&C, CSR & EHS & CSR).
  • Monitor Contractors performance during execution phase.
  • Effective teamwork with internal customers and key stakeholders in problem solving.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Business school or Engineering Degree
  • Experience in project Execution with strong background in subcontracted works

Desirable:

  • Civil or Electro-mechanical engineering

 

Experience

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Procurement field
  • With a minimum of 5 years in subcontracting field
  • Knowledgeable of Contract management
  •  

Desirable:

  • Knowledgeable of EHS and Quality requirement
  • International background
  • Fluent in English
  •
