What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with professional engineering accreditation preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering management, ideally within rail, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in systems engineering, project management tools, and relevant industry standards (e.g., CENELEC, ISO, PMBOK).
- Deep understanding of project delivery, risk management, and lifecycle cost optimization in complex environments.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a proven ability to drive teams toward ambitious goals.
