Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and resilient teammates.
You'll lead the deployment of advanced rail signaling solutions, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and performance commitments are met. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design, verification & validation, and project management), manage technical risks and customer requirements, functionally lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:

Managing the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring customer acceptance of the project solution. ,

Validating technical design choices in collaboration with peers and the Solution Director. ,

Managing the project’s technical risks and implementing effective mitigation plans. ,
-
Ensuring all technical requirements of the contract are addressed throughout the project lifecycle, with the involvement of all stakeholders and necessary experts. ,

Acting as the chairperson of the Project Change Control Board (CCB) to oversee project modifications. ,

Supervising Verification & Validation activities to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related scientific disciplines. ,

Experience or understanding of mechanical/structural engineering with a focus on project deployment throughout its full lifecycle. ,

Knowledge of rail signaling solutions and Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) management. ,

Familiarity with engineering processes, methods, and tools, as well as safety standards and regulations in the rail industry. ,

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead multidisciplinary teams and manage customer relationships. ,

Leadership experience in functional or hierarchical team management. ,

Analytical and critical thinking to identify and mitigate technical risks. ,

Decision-making ability to validate technical design choices and manage project scope evolution. ,

Problem-solving ability to address technical challenges and ensure customer satisfaction. ,

Resilience and adaptability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement.
