Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and system integration expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a central role in reducing the carbon footprint of Canada's busiest public transit system while ensuring the successful delivery of world-class solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (System Deployment & Integration, Corridor Sub-Systems, and Engineering), manage technical risks, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and much more.
We’ll look to you for
- Engineering impact assessment coordination, supporting change management activities
- Assist with technical coordination between Project Engineering Manager and the Industrialization and Installation teams
- Problem solving through the identification of appropriate process applications,
- Oversee eBOM creation and maintenance
- Create, collect, and consolidate engineering reporting dashboards and reports
- KPI Management / weekly and monthly report Generation for internal and external reporting
- DML & Planning P6 Synchronization
- Invoice Tracking
- Ensure delivery of documents via Doc Control
- APSYS roadmap application

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or in the process of obtaining it
- Experience in project deployment across the full lifecycle, including commissioning.
- Experience in railway projects (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
- Resilience, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.
- Fluency in English (a second language is appreciated)

Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is $90,000 – $120,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
