Could you be the full-time Material Planner in Willowbrook we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory control processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as site supervisors, accounting, and procurement teams), manage purchase requisitions, and ensure timely material distribution, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of processing warranty claims and solving invoice discrepancies, but also support and promote safe practices across operations.
We’ll look to you for:

Effective communication and customer service, both inter-departmentally and externally
-
Executing reorders and liaising with accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies
-
Expediting purchase order deliveries to ensure continuous supply
-
Processing purchase requisitions for direct and indirect procurement
-
Managing warranty claims for new parts and repairs/returns
-
Promoting a culture of safety in all logistics and inventory processes

Ideally some post-secondary education

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

Exposure to Maximo and SAP (a great asset)

Experience in supply chain or procurement

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

A proactive and safety-conscious mindset
