Develops and implements Procurement strategy at tender phase to ensure optimal cost productivity (i.e. preferred suppliers, saving & risk assessments, etc.…)

Collects and formalizes Return of Experience on projects deployed in the region

Liaises with Engineering Department, Project, Bid & technical Managers and with many different stakeholders (i.e. Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, etc.…)  in order to prepare tender Procurement commitment.

Challenges commodity buyers & managers to increase competitiveness and ensure convergence of commodity strategies with Tender

Manages Procurement QCDP commitment into Tender

Leads Prebid agreements at tender phase when it brings a real advantage

Proactive cooperation with Engineering to ensure “Design to Cost”

Consolidates the Procurement commitment in tender phase including actualization & firming calculations

Builds realistic, competitive and on-time tender cost commitment
