Primary Responsibilities:

  • Management of time sheets for all the sites involved in the project and ensure a timely closure of monthly books.
  • Co-ordination with all the participating units to ensure the month end activities and accuracy of time booking.
  • Perform General Entries activities to ensure timely and accurately processing of the inter-co invoices.
  • Review the contract database data for all participating units and its compliance with last CPR’s decisions.
  • Ensure timely customer invoicing submission.
  • Ensure monthly reconciliation of actual cost and customer invoicing.
  • Support audit activities, and ensures compliance to audit requirements
  • Exercises business partnership with Local A&R, and GFC counterparts
  • Identify and drive opportunities for improvement in functional area.

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in accounting and controlling.
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus
  • Has good analytical skills and basic reporting
  • Proficient in MS Tools specifically Excel
  • Experience in SAP ERP system is a plus
