  • Produces the 3D models. The BIM engineer is an expert in designing and modifying BIM Objects and Models in the adequate software used by technical environment.
  • Applies the guidelines established by the design BIM Manager and works under the supervision of the BIM Coordinator or wayside engineers


  • Read and analyse the installation drawing coming from the civil work partner
  • Complete a civil work drawing
  • Realize the mounting drawings for installation
  • Produce the drawings
  • Quantify the needed material for installation
  • Contribution to the design coordination under the responsibility of the System BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator or CSD manager
  • Production of deliverable under the responsibility of the BIM Coordinator (CSD)
  • Support the BIM Manager in the completion of Subsystem Component Library
  • Assist the wayside engineer in the check of the deliverables as part of the subsystem/system technical validation


Job Requirements

  • Good experience in Mechanical and Electrical design
  • Good knowledge of the software AutoCAD by Autodesk, Revit, Navisworks and Bentley in 2D and 3D.
  • Experience in interfaces with other systems, especially with concrete civil work
  • Must have in-depth working Knowledge of ProjectWise and Teams (BIM Managers, coordinators and Design teams)
  • Motivated, initiative, interested in technical topics
  • Fluent in English
  • Proactively coordinate with Project teams.
  • Knowledge of railway environment
