Could you be the full-time Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) Manager in Toronto, ON we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical leadership and ATS engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading ATS development across the full engineering lifecycle, including software releases and data-only baselines.

  • Driving technical alignment of architecture, design, and interfaces with customer requirements.

  • Ensuring requirements traceability and coverage using formal tools and methods.

  • Overseeing the creation of change requests and ensuring resolution of identified anomalies.

  • Managing and developing a team of ATS Architects, promoting best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Providing technical leadership across integration, testing, commissioning, and warranty phases.

  • Representing validation and verification in front of customers, partners, suppliers, and assessors.

  • Ensuring compliance with Alstom engineering processes, cyber-security requirements, and safety case regulations.

  • Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS or equivalent).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
