Purpose of the job:

The HR Operations Project Manager will work collaboratively with the HR Operations Program Manager to deploy the HR Global Services model according to the road map.

He/she is responsible of the implementation of the HR Global Services RoadMap as a key transformation initiative of the new HR Delivery Model implementation including the delivery of digital solutions and process improvements identified during the previous implementations. He/She ensures the adoption of HR community to the new ways of working with a strong change management plan.

 

Main Responsabilities:

Deploy the HR Global Services RoadMap

  • Execution of the Deployment plan as per the validated plan
  • Implementation of the new service delivery model country per country by transferring countries activities to HR SSC and ensuring the service continuity in impacted countries
  • Oversee the transfer of activities, ensure the constituency with the delivery model and coordinate the validation of the deviation to the defined processes by program leads and Business Process Owners.
  • Address obstacles and support resolution during implementation
  • Measure & stabilize post Go live implementation including SLA and performance reporting

Manage Change and adoption

  • Define and deploy Training plans
  • Communication plan build (HR, Employees, Unions, Business, Managers, …)
  • Deploy HR internal survey to measure the adoption to the new HR Global Services model and propose action plans
  • Measure employees experience before and after implementation and coordinate action plans

Tools deployment

  • Contribute with HR Operation Digitalization team to deploy dedicated tools.
  • Collect local requirements and propose improvements
