Could you be the full-time onsite Process and Industrial Quality Technical Lead in Thunder Bay, ON, CA we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll coordinate control, inspection, and reporting of product quality, ensuring our commitment to excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including production, manufacturing, and project management), support the Process and Industrial Quality (PIQ) Manager with manpower planning and execution of Industrial Quality Activities on the production line, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Performing and participating in inspections of products, including Customer joint inspections if applicable,
  • Recording inspection results in the industrial tools as required and performing follow-up,
  • Performing first characterization and managing NCR’s for non-compliant products for internal responsibility,
  • Contributing to Defects per Unit reduction targets and meeting External demerit objectives

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable,

  • 5 years of experience in a related position,

  • Knowledge of Quality processes at an industrial level,

  • Your knowledge and experience using SAP will be an asset,

  • Experience or understanding of managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools.
