Your future role

You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless service delivery. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (maintenance, operations, and safety teams), lead and motivate service teams to meet performance and safety targets, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules and regulatory standards, but also driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow.

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Leading and motivating service teams to meet performance and safety targets
  • Ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and regulatory standards
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
  • Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and accountability
  • Ensuring timely delivery of maintenance and service objectives


All about you

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a Technical School Diploma
  • Proven leadership experience in service or maintenance environments (3+ years)
  • Experience in maintenance across industrial environments (e.g., production plants, airplane industry, machinery maintenance etc)
  • Knowledge of rail or transportation industry standards and safety protocols preferred
  • Fluency in Greek and professional proficiency in English
  • Strong organizational and team management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
