The Turnkey Validation Test and Acceptance (VTA) Reporting Engineer is responsible for consolidating, controlling, and reporting all Verification, Test & Acceptance (VTA) evidence for the Tel Aviv Green Line (LRT) project. The role ensures that verification and validation results, test reports, anomalies, dashboards, and acceptance statuses are accurate, traceable, and formally reported in accordance with the approved VTA Plan, and TMT governance. This position reports directly to the EPC VTA lead.

 


What are my responsibilities?-

  • Chase relevant internal and external entities to consolidate VTA data
  • Maintain and update VTA dashboards and issue weekly reporting tables to the Client
  • Draft weekly meeting minutes
  • Produce Core Team material (bi‑weekly) and MPR slides (monthly)
  • Maintain Verification & Test (V&T) Matrix and internal KPIs
  • Support acceptance milestones, reviews and audits
  • Develop tools and script for VTA department to report activities versus forecast (deliverables, test execution, anomalies tracking…)

 

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Graduate engineer with solid skills in data management and computer tools (Power BI, Excel, databases, reporting tools).
  • Strong analytical, rigorous and results‑driven mindset, with fluent Hebrew (written and spoken) and professional English.
  • Strong interest in railway and transportation systems.
  • Resilient, Agile & stress resistance
