Turnkey System Test Manager - Tel Aviv Green Line

Tel Aviv Green Line Light Rail Transit (LRT) is a major mass transit infrastructure project developed by NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd. It will extend over approximately 39 km, connecting Rishon LeZion and Holon in the south, crossing central Tel Aviv, and reaching Herzliya in the north.

The line will include around 62 stations/stops of which four are underground, serving four major cities in the Dan metropolitan area.

A fleet of 49 trainset, each trainset are a consist of 2 30m Alstom Tramway Citadis

Green line project is soon entering in the Testing and commissioning stage.

Alstom recruit a System T&C manager to be responsible of the execution of the testing activities from subsystem integration till final performance demonstration prior handover to the operator. He will manage and coordinate testing activities under the leadership of the VTA manager.

What are my responsibilities?

• Prepare Testing procedures under his scope identified in the NM01 list and monitor Subsystems Testing procedures preparation
• Manage System Testing resources and means to perform the Testing activities
• Coordinate detailed schedule to ensure logical Testing sequencing based on Master Schedule, in collaboration with the VTA lead and Subsystem Testing Managers
• Animate coordination meetings between all Testing stakeholders to follow progress and adjust execution schedule
• Execute System tests and supervise Subsystems tests
• Collect, compile and review System Testing reports and monitor Subsystems Testing reports issuance
• Manage Testing configuration and ensure correction / non-regression tests performance in collaboration with the Configuration Manager
• Consolidate Testing reserves punch lists and put in place process for their closure

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Graduated from Engineering school - Electrical and mechanical diploma/degree
• Minimum 5 years working experience s testing commissioning leader in identical field

• Knowledgeable of railway system: electrical power distribution, signaling, communication, Scada and rolling stock system (ideally tramway)
• International project experience
• Rigorous, good organization
• Resilient, Agile & stress resistance
• Site safety focus
• Fluent in English as mandatory
• Fluent in Hebrew is a plus
