Job Purpose:

The role is to establish a training plan that will support ILS contractual commitments for training

activities of the TLV GL (write the adequate ILS Training deliverables expected at defined stages of

the projects). The scope of the project includes Alstom Railway Systems (RSY) and Electra Civil and

MEP systems.

 

Representative for all aspects of the training deliveries:

· Collect all train contractual deliveries,

· Plan preparation and execution,

· Performance and KPI,

· Control and follow up on the plan progress,

· Performance and KPI,

· Completion of the plan and certification of trainees,

· Responsible for arrangement of training plans, materials and resources (prepared by Alstom

and other suppliers or 3rt. Parties),

· Produce the ILS training deliverables such as:

§ General training plan and approval by the customer (the line O&M teams),

§ Analyse the detailed needs and requirements of the training plan,

§ Arrange the training materials and tools based on the technical documentation

available, suppliers’ instructions, safety regulations where applicable, etc.,

§ Gather all training data from the suppliers, arrange it to a detailed plan including

timetable for each course,

§ Responsibility for resources, classes, presentations, simulators, on-site training and

workshops etc.,

§ Coordination of Instructors (foreign and local),

§ Training budget, budget control, invoices and other accounting issues,

§ Trainees’ certificates and licencing (where applicable).

 

Educational & personal Requirements: 

1. Academic degree (Engineer is advance),

2. Technical / maintenance background,

3. Strong organizational and project management skills,

4. Working with foreign and global companies (preferred),

 

Proven experience in:

1. Management of a training unit in a complex environment,

2. Organize Training activities plan (external courses, administrative support for all training needs),

3. Full responsibility for courses plan (timing, resources, budget, professional documents, facilities, simulators etc.),

4. Management of training calendars and room bookings,

5. Certificates programs and internal tests plan. 

 

Other:

§ Pack MS Office (Excel- intermediate level, Word, PPT),

§ Languages: English is a must; French would be a plus,

§ Good written and oral communications,

§ Communication with transparency,

§ Autonomy, accountability, project management skills,

§ High reactivity, proactivity and adaptability,

§ Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
