We are looking for System Assurance Manager to join our Tel Aviv Green Line LRT Project team in Alstom Tel Aviv.

 

Tel Aviv Green Line LRT Project is a newly awarded project in Tel Aviv, Israel for a new line, in PPP contract framework.  

 

The System Assurance Manager is a key person of the project team, working in close collaboration with a wide range of project team: project leaders, core project team, planning, quality, integrations and engineering teams also with customers. In this position, you will report hierarchically to System Safety Assurance Manager in France, and functionally report to Project Director in Tel Aviv.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Define and transfer safety requirements in a timely manner to be compliant and under relevant railway safety risks control
  • Support the other stakeholders in design, industrial, sourcing, validation to meet the RAMS actions and to follow their closure through appropriate document evidence
  • Being the contact point of RAMS to the Customer and their representatives, including ISA
  • Organizing the system assurance working group meetings
  • Taking the role of Safety Leader in order to support the team in the assessment, containment, closure and Return of Experience of the issue
  • Coordinate the RAM/Safety contributors from different entities for System
  • Report on the progress of the project RAMS activites and alert the Proejvct director and/or the Safety Assurance Manager in France in case of issue potentially impacting the achievement of the Quality Control Delivery commitments
  • Have a pro-active approach on the design assessment to support in the adequate definition of technical solutions to put under control the railway safety  risks
  • Participate to the improvement/definition of the RAM and Safety processes

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent  
  • Minimum 8 years of successful technical experience as a RAM/Safety managing different industries
  • Electrical and/or electro-mechanical engineering preferably applied to Railway products with at least 5 years of experience
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills including with third parties and customers
  • Time management and reporting skills
  • Structured and organized with hands-on approach
  • Fluent in English as mandatory
  • Fluent in Hebrew is a plus
