Overview
- Work with digital tools and development the 3D measurement program;
- Manage the metrology activity and monitor external provider of calibration.
- Validate calibration certificates and provide risk analysis when needed.
Specific responsibilities of the role:
- Develop and deploy processes, tools & quality standards with industrial teams;
- Manage Quality activities related to digital tools: GSI (SAP), QES & AOS (Alstom Operation System);
- Deliver training for Quality teams to Industrial Quality Standards;
- Manage the metrology activity and monitor external provider of calibration;
- Manage the quality methods team if relevant;
- Manage APSYS improvement plan for Industrial Quality scope;
- Prepare and perform measurements with 3D arm / Laser Track;
- Preparation of inspection reports;
- Calibration, verification and development of jigs and tools.
- Certificate Validation
- Perform Risk Analysis for Devices rejected
Qualifications & Experiences
- Processes knowledge on Quality, Metrology and Emerging management experience are mandatory;
- Graduated from Technical and/or Quality and/or Engineering degree (mandatory);
- Digital capabilities (Mandatory);
- Full experience of 3D measurements (Mandatory);
- Able to work into a team-player supporting the needs from project/site;
- Project management or equivalent (Desirable);
- Quality auditor (Desirable);
- Autonomous;
- Technical mastering of railway products;
- Data analytics, savvy with ERP & data visualization;
- International mindset;
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
Previous experience
- Desirable minimiun: 5 years experiences in Metrology inside Industry
Language skills
- Portuguese – Fluent
- English – Advanced
Travel required
- Eventually availability
