Could you be the SAP Key User – Production Planning in Taubaté we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your production planning and ERP expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a crucial role in supporting users and optimizing processes to ensure seamless ERP (SAP) operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (local management, global teams, and operational departments), provide training to end-users, participate in regional meetings, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of monitoring and improving ERP functionalities, but also support process mapping and the implementation of new workflows.
We’ll look to you for:

Providing user support for ERP (SAP) and interface tools, clarifying any questions
- Experience with production programming on assembly lines, ideally for more than 5 years

Offering in-depth knowledge of local business processes

Conducting training sessions for end-users
-
Collaborating in regional meetings with RBPEs (Regional Business Process Experts) Americas

Supporting the mapping and implementation of new processes
-
Testing new functionalities and reporting incidents or defects to the IS&T/Central team

Communicating process changes to local management and end-users
-
Creating and maintaining up-to-date training materials and documentation on SharePoint
-
Managing system access and segregation of duties (SoD) controls, including mitigation plans with internal controls teams

Contributing to the continuous improvement of functional and operational workflows

Monitoring global KPIs, performing root cause analysis, and developing action plans with operational teams

Technical degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Programming, or Production Engineering

Analytical and organized mindset
-
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher) for daily interaction with global teams

Experience in production scheduling and ERP routines (preferably SAP)

Solid experience in executing and analyzing MRP runs, planned orders, exception messages, and material master data parameters related to production scheduling
-
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
-
Experience with production scheduling in assembly lines

Knowledge or experience in Lean Manufacturing (preferred)

Experience as a key user of ERP in production planning (preferred)

Knowledge or experience with Power BI (preferred)
