Manage end-to-end procurement activities for indirect commodities, ensuring timely sourcing, contract execution, and supplier performance.

Lead sourcing initiatives and competitive bidding processes to achieve the best balance between cost, quality, delivery, and service.

Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with suppliers while ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, and Project teams to understand business requirements and deliver procurement solutions.

Monitor supplier performance and develop strong partnerships that support continuous improvement and operational reliability.Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process efficiency, and risk mitigation across assigned spend categories.

Support the implementation of regional and global procurement strategies while ensuring alignment with local business needs.
What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Significant experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or purchasing within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or multinational environment.

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills with a proven ability to achieve cost savings and business objectives.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate commercial proposals and make data-driven decisions.

Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain principles, and contract management.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on sustainable, value-driven solutions.
