Could you be the full-time Supply Chain Methods & Tools Lead in Taubaté we’re looking for?

 

 

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a critical role in shaping and optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with Alstom's global strategy. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Regions, Sites, and IS&T teams), lead the development of standards and tools, and drive the deployment of innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

You’ll specifically take care of defining and implementing cross-functional processes such as “Source to Procure,” “Procure to Pay,” “Receipt to Deliver,” and “Plan to Manufacture," but also ensure their sustainable application and continuous improvement.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading the definition of standards, processes, instructions, and associated tools for cross-functional supply chain processes

  • Analyzing the IT landscape and contributing to the development of an IT strategic roadmap

  • Providing Regions and Sites with standard methods and IS&T tools to support supply chain processes

  • Driving the deployment of new core tools and ensuring their efficient application

  • Validating alignment between new processes and available tools

  • Providing sustainable support to sites, including technical training and key user skill development

  • Animating and coordinating Key User networks

  • Monitoring adherence to processes and tools through regular reporting and performance reviews

  • Coordinating troubleshooting and resolution of systems and interface issues

  • Supporting mobilization requests from Regions, Sites, or other Alstom departments

  • Conducting continuous technology watch and contributing to digital operations across Alstom sites

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering with a Supply Chain orientation

  • Advanced SAP knowledge in supply chain processes

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese

  • Experience in process improvement and tool deployment
