Could you be the full-time Configuration and Change Manager in Taubaté we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your configuration and change management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll ensure the rigorous application of our configuration and change procedures and instructions, shaping the landscape of project management within Alstom. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, production, quality management), organize and manage project evolutions, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of setting up Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, maintaining the integrity of project baselines, and controlling configurations. But also, you will perform configuration verifications and issue key performance indicators (KPIs).
We’ll look to you for:

Developing and implementing the configuration and change management plan

Planning, organizing, and managing the CCB meetings
-
Collecting quality, cost, and delivery impacts as needed
-
Ensuring traceability and comprehensive reporting
-
Maintaining and updating the configuration and change database
-
Managing the configuration strategy and project baselines

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Mechatronics)

Experience or understanding of configuration and change management processes

Knowledge of SAP/ERP/MRP systems and various BoMs (EBoM/MBoM/PBoM/UBoM)

Familiarity with continuous improvement and lean methodology
-
A certification in project management or related field
-
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
-
Proactive, responsible, with a strong sense of ownership

Leadership qualities and an organized, systematic approach to challenges
