  • He/She applies the applicable domain instructions, processes, and tools.

The mission more specifically consists of:

  • Developing electrical interface files with train integrators.
  • Preparing early Long Lead Item lists for all electrical component needs within the cabinets.
  • Specifying low-, medium-, and high-voltage distribution equipment.
  • Generating wiring lists for cabinet manufacturing in the workshop.
  • Ensuring follow-up and compliance with engineering rules during product development, both on-site and offshore.

  • Prepare and document electrical design reviews and track the main ongoing actions.
  • Resolve issues related to the electrical domain and provide technical support to production, procurement, project teams, or the site to secure timely and appropriate resolution.
  • Report on the progress of electrical activities within the project and escalate risks or missing inputs that could impact quality, cost, or schedule commitments.
  • Comply with and/or allocate electrical requirements and interfaces to subsystems/equipment.
  • Analyse the impacts of change requests affecting the electrical scope.
  • Validate relevant electrical-domain deliverables and secure the associated planning.

Contribute to :

  • Support the procurement, industrialization, and manufacturing teams during production rampup
  • Collaborate with the team on continuous improvement of the discipline, integration of lessons learned, and costreduction initiatives
  • Work in coordination with Central Engineering teams to relay site feedback and contribute to the improvement of design practices (knowledge management)

Your Profile :
