"Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive expertise in Test and Commissioning leadership within a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates.
You'll drive the successful execution of railway signaling subsystem testing and commissioning, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and local laws while delivering exceptional results to our customers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Validation & Verification, and Project Management), develop and execute T&C procedures, and take ownership of resolving technical challenges, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:

As a Test and Commissioning (T&C) Leader, you will take on a career-defining role, managing and executing T&C activities for railway signaling subsystems (e.g., IXL, ATC, DCS, etc.) until their successful completion and handover to the customer or warranty. You will lead test activities on railway signaling systems, ensuring compliance with approved procedures, standards, regulations, and local laws. Additionally, you will conduct deep troubleshooting of wayside/railway systems, identifying root causes of failures and defining sustainable solutions with the support of the Test team and Engineering. ,**You’ll specifically take care of organizing T&C activities (Planning, Access, Resource allocation, Documentation), but also conducting deep troubleshooting of signaling systems and equipment to ensure successful project delivery.**

Degree in engineering technology or equivalent combined experience and technical education (electronics/electrical/computer/railway). ,

Experience or understanding of Installation, Tests & Commissioning (T&C) activities for signaling projects. ,

Knowledge of Alstom products. ,

Familiarity with testing and troubleshooting railway signaling systems and equipment. ,

Valid Driver License with a clean record. ,

Strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills. ,

Proactive mindset with attention to detail. ,

Flexibility and mobility to work at night, during weekends, and on public holidays, including short or long missions in different locations and countries. ,

Strong relationship and reporting skills to management and customers. ,
