We're hiring Signaling Installation Manager to join our dynamic team in Taipei Circular Line OCS Project team (signaling). Signalling Installation Manager is key to monitor installatin design from offshore team and interface with onshore subsystem & civil partner to make sure all installation aspects all considered and planned until execution to manage subcontractors following design for execution aligned with design and contract requirement. In this role, you should be thoughtful to consider all aspect in smooth installation for best work efficiency and cost efficiency.

What I Will Do in This Position?

• Deliver and maintain of Installation plans, procedures, Work Method Statements (WMS), installation drawings in compliance with standard processes and products specifications
• Manage installation document submittal process as per CDSCS schedule
• Manage external (Civil, trackwork and E&M system)/internal (subsystems) and supplier installation interfacing requirement and coordination
• Prepare subcontractor tendering document and installation BOQ
• Manage competency of installation staff and subcontractor staff
• Supervise BGL installation design team to provide output ontime
• Coordinate with DORTS/TRTC
• Organize meeting/workshop with stakeholder
• Ensure application of DIS Installation and FO Process for Installation activities
• Manage and organize site activities, including sites facilities, resources plan, site access, tools
• Manage handover checklist to T&C team with completion of 4M check list & installation reports & markup drawings
• Manage the Installation Works for Signaling equipment and related performance, including monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, non-conformities, technical interfaces
• Supervise installation sub-contractor/direct labour
• Manage as-build drawings submittal before FC.
• Manage punch-list clousure
• Installation team manpower planning and deployment management
• Prepare tendering document estimation and assumption
• Develop new colleadgue
• Deliver installation plan, installation weekly report, monthly report  
• Ensure compliance to EHS (Zero deviation) through, site inspections, people assessment etc…
• Ensure compliance to quality through site inspections and reports

What I Need to Qualify for This Position?

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or above
• E&M Project installation experience at least 10 years and at least 5 years in Metro
• Electrician/Mechanical Engineering degree level or equivalent education or experiences
• Railway signalling system installation knowledge & experience
• CBTC knowledge
• Strong experience on railway site management
• Cost and planning control experience in site management scope
• Knowledge of Railway products and services on different market segments (Urban, Mainline, F&M)
• Experience of management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives
• Hands-on experience on Customer relationship in technical topics
• Hands-on experience in subcontractor supervision and management
• Knowledge of EHS requirements
• Able to generate and revise drawing using AutoCAD as a must
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
