Working Location: Xindian District, New Taipei City

We're hiring Signaling Installation (Assistant) Engineer to join our dynamic team in Taipei Circular Line OCS Project team (signaling). Signalling Installation Engineer is key to work with installatin design from offshore team and interface with onshore subsystem, civil partner and Site Installation Team to execute the design and installation following contract requirement. In this role, you should be thoughtful to execute all aspect in safet and smooth installation.

What I Will Do in This Position? 

• Undertake review and develop equipment installation drawings, to ensure compliance with safety, quality and all other regulations
• Undertake independent checking design drawings
• Raise requirement of signaling equipment to civil contractor in CSDSEM
• Prepare the BIM model of require station
• Participate the CIP meetings for all civil contractors
• Review the drawings of CSDSEM and inspect civil output.
• Provide alternative solution of conflicting requirement of civil and other parties
• Coordinate different parties to optimize requirement from different parties
• Monitor the civil progress and report to PrIM.
• Prepare equipment delivery route and methodology.
• Coordinate with internal design team for installation proposal
• Coordinate with external parties for interfacing matter
• Prepare ICD document with civil contractors
• Prepare installation document such as (Method Statement for Installation, 4M check list, Pre/Post-Installation Report)
• Site supervision during installation phase
• Perform installation test at site (cable test, fiber test, mechanical check)
• Perform inspection with customer and quality team  
• Support installation manager to plan specific task and monitor work execution in accordance to project / maintenance schedule
• Submit Daily Installation Report
• Attend ad hoc meeting/inspection request by customer

What I Need to Qualify for This Position?

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or above level
• Electrical and Mechanical project experience at least 2 years
• Autocad 2D skills
• Language in both English and Chinese as mandatory
• Knowledge of EHS requirement at Site Work
