Could you be the full-time Project Administrator & MMIS Key User (Wanda EMU Project) in Tucheng District, New Taipei City, Taiwan we’re looking for? 

 

Welcome to join Taipei Metro Project, Wanda Line EMU (Rolling Stock) Project Team. We're hiring Project Administrator & MMIS Key User (Maintenance Management Information System). In this role, you will be a key and strong execution point with Team toward project progress.

 

Your future role (Key responsibilities): 

  • Control and manage both internally & externally project submittals, in documents logs, formatting, and submission for client approval.
  • Manage office administrative process (utility bills/hotel booking/pickup service) in project purchasing process (PR/PO).
  • Build-up & maintain the EMU data base of MMIS for as a key user.
  • Support consistency check for invoice & packing list of incoming/outgoing material.
  • Input Construction Daily Reports in compliance and requirement with customer system request.
  • Compile & maintain technical / management reports per monthly basis.
  • Other ad hoc request as Manager assigned.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Graduated with University Degree in Engineering/Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience (preferred) in Database.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese as a must.
  • Project admin experience is a plus. 
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, power point and documentation.
  • Keen to learn attitude, flexible, Agile.
  • Team work, action in agility, punctual, deliverable.
