Could you be the full-time Head of Human Resources in Taipei, Taiwan we’re looking for?
You are expected to ensure the excellent people operation and initiatives in line with global, region and country strategy and regulation as a strategic HR partner to the business stakeholders. You should be able to bring the solution with good problem-solving skills and to influence for development.
About the role:
- Act as a Business Partner and Coach to the Site Management team/People Managers in providing the needful HR support and facilitation
- Provide leadership and direction for all HR activities in the Country. Translate global and regional strategy into country specific needs and owns local implementation of HR programs and activities; and link appropriate HR teams to assure a sound HR service delivery.
- Provide & execute sustainable HR business solutions to enable Business to achieve the goals required (individual resourcing, talent development, Compensation and Benefits, Learning & Development)
- Adapt and implement HR policies and strategies to plan, attract, develop and retain talents
- Engage internally with business and project leaders and externally with appropriate trade associations/government broads with sounded stakeholder management in providing advice and guidance on all HR topics (i.e. local labour regulations, organisational and people-related strategy)
- Support organizational changes and provide appropriate solutions to the business from HR perspective.
- Drive People & Talent Strategy including Diversity & Inclusion, Employer Branding, Universities Relations, Employee Engagement etc aligning with country business needs
Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business management, psychology or a relevant field of study.

10+ years of experience in similar capacity of HR Leadership position in a global organization.

Strong business acumen to integrate HR and business strategy.

Strong influencing skills and proven success in establishing credibility with senior leaders.

Experience of HR operational aspects (Talent availability, Salary & Benefit, Legal/Labour Compliance etc).

Proficiency in English.
