Could you be the full-time Project Document Control and Administrator in Xindian District, New Taipei City, Taiwan we’re looking for?

 

We're looking for Project Document Control and Administrator to join our Taipei Circle Line Phase 2 Project OCS team in Alstom Taiwan.

 

About the Project- Taipei Circle Line-II is a project in Taiwan to extend from phase 1 West ring to North and South rings of the future Circle Line, overall 20.66 kms with 18 stations cross both Taipei and New Taipei Cities.

 

About the Role - The role is key to bridge professions and clients for smooth communication and exchange in meeting and document communication. Also will be part of the document submission process to make sure all documents well processed for On-Time-Delivery of the project.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and allocate translation deliverable to meet project submission requirement
  • Control and manage project documents, in documents logs, formatting, generate KPI and submission
  • Execute office administrative process in project purchasing process and office maintenance
  • Input Construction Daily Reports in compliance and requirement with customer system request
  • Compile technical monthly reports as required
  • Support to translate for Technical documents, meeting minutes, review comments or any other corresponding files with Customer
  • Support to interpret for Customer Workshops.

 

Job Requirement:

  • Graduated with University Degree in translation/interpretation or English is preferred or equivalent.
  • Excellent Chinese & English communication skills (verbal + written)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Technical Translation is preferred and familiar with technical language for rail system project.
  • Document translation at least 80 pages per week
  • Ability in instant translation in meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Expect document control and admin experience, fluent English for English interpretation requirement 50% document control, 30% administration and 20% translation/ interpretation.
  • Committed and dedicated to deliver.
  • Team spirit.
  • Organization skills and good management of priorities.
