Could you be the full-time Project Document Controller & Translator in Taichung City, Taiwan we’re looking for?
Your future role (Key Responsibilities) :
Take on a new challenge and apply your documentation management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.
You'll play a key role in implementing Documentation Management strategies within the Taichung Blue Line Project organization, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and contributing to the successful delivery of the project. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (core team, customers, partners, and various departments), manage the documentation lifecycle, and ensure proper compliance with defined standards and requirements.
You’ll specifically take care of building and monitoring the Documentation Management Plan (DMP), as well as deploying and managing Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
We’ll look to you for:
- Implementing Documentation Management processes and strategies.
- Creating and updating Documentation Management Plans (DMP) in line with customer requirements.
- Managing and deploying EDMS, including training users and managing access rights.
- Ensuring proper validation and delivery of contractual documents.
- Monitoring document milestones associated with payment and project progress.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure documentation compliance and continuous improvement.
- Support document translation using the company tools.
All about you (Skills Required):

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Documentation Management & Translation.
- Should be good in MS office.
- Good Mandarin & English communication skills (oral + written)
- Understanding of engineering environments.
- Experience with EDMS tools and their implementation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
