The VIE will support the ANZ Finance team in establishing a robust, scalable and business‑owned cost controlling framework for the cluster.
The mission is to enable stronger cost accountability from Functions and Managing Units by developing:
- fit‑for‑purpose tools (Power BI reporting, PO‑based Cost to come logic, finance for non-finance packs)
- standard processes (cost follow‑up, cut‑off rules, allocation logic, budget/forecast routines)
- clear governance (cadences, templates, responsibilities, ownership)
- change management (training, communication, adoption tracking)
The role will be the project coordinator and transformation engine behind this framework, working closely with ANZ FP&A, Function leaders, GFC teams and other transversal stakeholders.
In addition to the transformation project, the VIE will support selected monthly closing, forecasting, and budget activities in partnership with the FP&A team. These operational tasks will help the VIE understand the business drivers and ensure the new framework is fully aligned with operational needs.
This VIE role is strategic for the ANZ cluster and will directly contribute to building a sustainable, efficient and autonomous cost culture, allowing Finance to refocus on high‑value business partnering.
