Your future role:


Alstom has an opening for a Training Advisor and Systems Improvement Specialist to join the HR team in a 12-month fixed contract role based in our North Ryde, Sydney office. Reporting to the Training and Competency Manager, you will be accountable for leading system improvements to continue efficiency within the training and competency function and build a competent integrated process. With your expertise, you will undertake analysis, recommend and implement changes where improvements will optimize the training and competency performance. You will be required to support and manage training compliance across all project sites, audit and track project progress working with stakeholders across the Australia and New Zealand business.

 

About you:

 

  • Qualification in Project Management 
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred
  • Previously worked in the railway industry would be advantageous 
  • Proven experience in integrating LMS systems
  • Process and tool improvement experience
  • High level communication skills
  • Experience with the AQF [Australian Qualification Framework] model
