We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team and work directly with our managers to find the best talent for some of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects! In this role, you will own the recruitment process from requisition approval to candidate onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate and manager experience! You’ll be working with a fun and motivated HR team!

 

Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:

 

  • Work with the business to educate hiring managers on recruitment best practice.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers to support them through the hiring process and become a trusted advisor.
  • Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques aligned to the requirements of each role.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through to on-boarding.
  • Build talent pipelines for key roles.
  • Partner with your stakeholders on employer branding initiatives, promoting Alstom as an employer of choice and leader in the transport engineering industry.

 

Qualifications, skills and experience required includes:

 

  • Team player with a positive, can do attitude.
  • Experience in a recruitment agency or in-house experience, ideally within the engineering industry (but not essential).
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and process focused.
  • Solid IT and System skills (Taleo, Success Factors, PageUp or similar).
