- Lead scalable legal strategies to support business growth and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal frameworks with operational objectives.
- Ensure reliability in contract management, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Champion innovation in legal processes, adapting to evolving industry standards.
- Promote knowledge sharing and mentor junior legal professionals to build organizational capability.
What You Bring
- Hold a Bachelor of Laws, along with a current Australian legal practicing certificate.
- Sound understanding of public tenders and Public Private Partnership (PPP) agreements.
- Experienced Senior Legal Professional who enjoys providing legal expertise in the tender/bid phase of complex major projects.
- Strong commercial acumen coupled with great interpersonal skills, communication and excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a Lawyer, either in-house or private practice within the infrastructure, engineering or construction sector.
