Join our Information Systems & Technology team on a permanent basis based in Sydney, NSW. Alstom has modern cloud based IS&T systems and is undergoing a Digital Transformation to provide efficient and secured tools for all internal and external-centric activities. 

The IS&T Business Partner has strong experience managing applications and infrastructure, and knowledge of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and virtual reality. This position will be working on creating Alstom IS&T demands, support tender processes, and lead applications and infrastructure projects.

The ANZ business has also grown significantly in the last few years and there has been a lot of change. This position will also assist in driving the changes needed in ANZ IS&T.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Digital and IS&T demands.
• Business Partner for the internal business and the global IS&T function ensuring that projects align with the IS&T strategy in support with the overall business strategy.
• Leading applications and infrastructure process and projects, including developing project plans and managing budget and resources.
• Support the business tender process by working with Central IS&T Teams to determine IT solutions and costs.
• Evaluate the use of new technology and introduce to the Australian business.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of IT projects, working with global processes and a wide range of business applications. 
• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure including cloud technologies.
• Power BI and Sharepoint tools experience.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies including, Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality.
• Understanding of Cybersecurity.
