Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Innovation Specialist to join our dynamic innovation hub. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects and collaborate with a diverse team of experts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, a keen interest in sustainable transportation, and a desire to grow within a leading global company.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Assist in the development and implementation of innovative projects and solutions.
•    Support the ideation and prototyping of new products and services.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
•    Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project progress and outcomes.
•    Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
•    Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.
•    Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops, meetings, and events.
•    Stay updated on industry developments and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:
•    Degree in Engineering, Business, Innovation Management, or a related field.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•    Basic understanding of project management principles.
•    Enthusiasm for sustainable transportation and innovation.
•    Previous internship or project experience in a related field is a plus.
