We are searching for a dynamic Sales & Operation Planning Coordinator (S&OP) to join our team in Stockholm. As our new S&OP Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing processes and developing tools to increase accuracy in workload and planning cross-functionally for Services in the Nordics.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with project teams on a regular basis to obtain updates and information on schedules
  • Organizing coordination meetings to collect information to prepare and develop processes
  • Updating forecasts based on the demand plan and tenders with input from stakeholders
  • Developing tools and innovative solutions to improve the accuracy of our planning
  • Coordinating with the Service Platform and other sites to ensure integration and compliance with the standard and best practices.

 

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Furthermore, you should be creative, innovative, and eager to learn. You must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and drive change management through effective cooperation and communication.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Swedish can be an advantage
  • Strong skills in MS Office, primarily Excel, PowerPoint and/or another visualization tool
  • Ability to manage projects and teams and deliver outputs on time
  • A self-starter with a drive for results and growth mindset, passionate about implementation and continuous improvement
