Could you be the full-time Technical Support & Training Manager we’re looking for in Stockholm?

 

Your future role

You will be part of the Service Management Team and you will work closely with different teams across the business. Customer technical assistance is one of the key pillars for Digital & Integrated Systems Service in Sweden. We have a large installed base and significant interest from customers for Alstom to provide customer technical assistance. You will be leading a team with strong experience in the industry, and we need someone who sees opportunities and can together with them drive change.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Handling customer support requests and following up to ensure they are resolved.
  • Reviewing performance and conducting analysis to identify ways to continuously improve.
  • Growing the customer technical assistance team.
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, PI managers and other engineering departments to secure the resources and support the customer.
  • Bringing forward initiatives and improvements for the tools and processes used in customer support.

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience with change management.
  • Strong customer management skills.
  • Experience in leading teams.

  • Swedish language skills.
