Your future role
As Technical Portfolio Manager for our ATC Project portfolio, you will be responsible for managing the Engineering ATC project portfolio. The Technical Portfolio Manager is a key resource to coordinate all critical stakeholders involved in delivering our ATC projects and ensuring harmonization with our Service level agreement portfolio.
The tasks involve being a customer interface for our ongoing projects and managing the coordination of projects and technical investigations. The internal stakeholders are Project Management, Solution Management, Engineering resource management and Service organization.
The purpose of the Technical Portfolio Manager is to tie together development, site design, maintenance and obsolescence control of different product releases so that a uniform way of working can be obtained. The portfolio manager is needed through the complete frame agreement. Included in this portfolio level is also the coordination with the Maintenance team to ensure the maintenance releases are harmonized with executed projects.
We'll look to you for:

Plan and ensure implementation of major product releases according to call-offs from TRV.

Plan and ensure implementation of maintenance releases as found necessary to correct non-conformities and/or to update documentation.

Maintain the installed base of products by regularly attending to: Change Control Boards (CCB) and Site Specific Object (SSO) Board.

Safety work on project portfolio level will ensure continuous compliance against the latest EN 5012x standards, the latest updates of EU regulations as well as complete compliance against overall Alstom D&IS safety processes

Make sure that Alstom processes are implemented and followed.

Make sure that current applicable safety and security standards are adhered to.

Master or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

Senior experience in program management, preferably in railway or large infrastructure projects.

Proven track record of managing programs with multiple stakeholders.

Leadership experience and team coordination abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
-
Comfortable working in dynamic environments.
-
Fluent in English, good level in Swedish is a strong advantage.
