Could you be the full-time Team Leader Configuration & Change Management (CCM) in Stockholm we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Trackside Engineering Manager, and work alongside motivated and supportive teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability in our projects through the application of Change and Configuration Management activities in high critical projects. You'll lead a team of Project Configuration & Change Managers with the overall responsibility of change management and configuration activities during the entire product- and project lifecycle.
You’ll be involved in ensuring that the team has the necessary resources for optimal performance, focusing on effective workflows, skills development and appropriate staffing. Also, you’ll make sure that your team has the right environment and capability to ensure Quality and On time delivery.
We’ll look to you for:
- Lead and manage a team of Project Configuration & Change Managers (CCM) to ensure Configuration and Change standard procedures, instructions, tools, templates etc. are applied, for both Swedish and International markets.
- Represent the CCM team in project and site meetings.
- Ensure the activities and roles & responsibilities defined in the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) are applied and followed.
- Evaluate and provide or approve the compliance statement on all CCM related requirements (i.e. customer, partner and internal).
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Foster an agile and innovative team implementing continuous improvements in Visual Management, processes, tools and ways of working.
- Foster collaboration among Engineering teams world wide, stakeholders, and customers to identify project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Safety regulations, Environmental standards, and Quality Assurance processes.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle of applicable Engineering deliveries.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in leading Engineering teams, specifically related to transportation or rail systems, delivering in critical projects.
- Detailed knowledge or previous experience of Business Process Management, Project Management, Data Management and Document Control inter-related with CCM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven skills in Stakeholder management
- Track record in successful Team development.
- Experience in working in an Agile or LEAN environment is an advantage
- English and Swedish language skills are mandatory.
