Could you be the full-time onsite System Engineer in Stockholm, SE we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and skilled teammates. You'll identify input requirements, formalize them into requirements and interface specifications, and design, architect, and drive new key deliverables. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business support implementers, integrators, testers, and validators, explain requirements, assess non-conformities and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Identification of stakeholder requirements and applicable standards. Analyze, validate, verify and manage the system requirements.,
- Definition of system requirements, the definition of system context, and interfaces.,
- Leadership of Engineering Work Package in the Project.,
- Conception of safety measures for presentation to assessors and involved teams.,
- Appropriate documentation on all required levels relating to both product and process including verification of test specifications and module design specifications.,
- Offer support for tutorials, and training and ensure knowledge transfer.,
- Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety analysis, and performance optimization.,
- Effective collaboration with teams across the business, support implementers, integrators, testers, and validators.,
- Clear communication of complex engineering concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders.,
- Continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.

- Degree in Computer Science or other equivalent education (e.g. Engineering),
- Experience or understanding of requirements and system engineering in a multinational environment,
- Knowledge of HW and SW interactions within complex system architectures,
- Familiarity with field testing,
- Well-organized, sociable, and with a problem-solving mindset,
- Experience with ERTMS or other safety-critical systems will be highly valued,
- Ability to lead Engineering Work Packages in projects,
- Competence in conducting Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety analysis, and performance optimization,
- Skilled in creating and maintaining appropriate documentation for both product and process, including verification of test specifications and module design specifications,
- Fluent in Swedish & English
