Could you be our future full-time Software Project Leader in Stockholm?

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Produce and follow up the Work Package for the whole software development
  • Define the management plans for software development
  • Organize and lead software development activities to ensure quality, cost and on time delivery
  • Collaborate with software architects to define specifications and architecture.
  • Oversee the design, development, and integration of software components as well as software hardware integration
  • Plan, specify, and supervise testing and verification of deliverables together with SW architects and V&V architects.
  • Establish the consolidated reporting on his/her WP
  • Monitor technology trends and drive innovation through techno watch.
  • Promote standardization and reuse of solutions, including COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (RoE: Return on Experience, process optimization, etc.).
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team throughout the project.

  • Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong technical background in Linux  and real time operating systems.
  • Solid experience in embedded software development.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. English is mandatory.
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional activities effectively.
