Could you be the full-time onsite Finance Site Controller Västerås & Compo we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive financial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field.

You’ll work alongside dedicated, strategic, and supportive teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our Västerås Site and Compo Product Line .

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Work Package Controllers, Overhead Controllers and R&D Controllers) assist and advise the Product Line Managing Director on all financial matters, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Reporting to and supporting the Finance Director of Sweden with all site related / origin topics, with a dotted line to the Compo Finance Director,
  • Presenting the Site and Product line’s results to the Compo Finance Director, Västerås Site MD and Regional management,
  • Providing leadership to a team of Work Package Controllers, Overhead Controllers, R&D Controllers and Industrial Controller
  • Following project controlling from tendering to cash collection to project reviews and early warnings,
  • Ensuring optimization of processes and driving changes towards Alstom core model,
  • Ensuring reporting and compliance to group guidelines,
  • Ensuring that all operational managers in the Site and Product line get the adequate support from the finance organization

  • An MBA or equivalent educational background in Finance.,Knowledge of performance monitoring and reporting.,Experience or understanding of financial management in a project-driven environment.,
  • High proficiency in English and nice to have Swedish;
  • Effective communication.,
  • Demonstrated experience with cash flow management and forecasting.,
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to lead through others.,
  • Experience in technical industries is also considered a merit.
