Could you be the full time Sales Administrator we are looking for in Stockholm?

 

 

Your future role

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for Product Sales Support at Customer service D&IS Nordics, being part of a team working with spares, repairs and services for signalling products to the rail industry.
You will be responsible for maintaining contracts and price lists, quoting spot orders to external customers in the ERP system. Also you will be organizing and selling our products to end-customers as well as providing back-office sales support and follow ups with customers and internal stakeholders. You will update financial information, maintain and develop processes.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Manage external customer quotations and contract execution.
  • Execute Contract updates from bid team and ensuring data correctness
  • Maintain contracts and price lists in ERP system
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Database management 
  • Interface with customer service officers and Bid teams.
  • Keep track of and improving customer OTIF and OTD
  • Be the customer interface in weekly meetings

 

 

All about you:

You are result and data driven and enjoy working in network. You are comfortable in an international and multi-cultural environment and on-time delivery for you is trouble-free. Ideally you have experience in sales of technical products and well documented knowledge in administrative systems.

  • Education or experienced in Business administration or similar.
  • Fluency in Swedish is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in SAP
  • Experience MS Office (Excel especially).
  • Experience in B2B sales and service.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Proactively addressing customer issues before they escalate.
  • Service-minded.
  • Ability to build relationships and trust (internal and external).
  • Attention to details.
