Could you be the full-time onsite Project Planner in Stockholm, SE we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.


You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating potential risks while ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet project milestones efficiently. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Program Managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams), develop detailed schedules encompassing milestones and resource allocations, facilitate scheduling meetings and workshops, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Collaborating with Program Managers, engineers, and project teams to gather inputs for scheduling purposes,

  • Developing detailed schedules that include all relevant activities, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations,

  • Identifying and analyzing critical paths, potential bottlenecks, and resource constraints to proactively address risks,

  • Regularly updating and maintaining schedules using project management software to ensure accuracy and alignment with program goals,

  • Monitoring progress, tracking deviations from the schedule, and providing timely reports and recommendations to stakeholders,

  • Facilitating scheduling meetings and workshops to communicate schedule status, resolve conflicts, and align project teams,

  • Focusing on early identification of potential delays, highlighting risks and margins related to the schedule, and helping to formulate mitigation plans,

  • Supporting the preparation of program forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, including identifying gaps between actual progress and the baseline schedule,

  • Collaborating with Program Controllers to integrate cost data for cost-time analysis,

  • Continuously improving scheduling processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to the return of experience (REX) and sharing best practices.


All about you

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent,

  • Experience of project or program planning,

  • Proficiency in scheduling software and tools (preferably Primavera or Microsoft Project),

  • Knowledge of railway industry projects is beneficial,

  • Ability to juggle with schedules simulations, various scenarios and changes,

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills,

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

  • Rigorous, structured with a sense of anticipation,

  • Fluent in English; Swedish is beneficial.
