Could you be the full-time Project PI (Product introduction) Manager in Stockholm we’re looking for?
Your future role
As a Project PI (Product introduction) Manager you lead one of the two contracts EBILock950 RUBUS 2 ATC & EBILock950 ERTMS L2 . This means interacting internally and with the end customer on a daily basis.
No two days are the same, but day-to-day, you’ll represent the PI function within the project core team and in customer interactions, leading activities to meet service level agreements (SLA).
The main focus for this position is to be responsible for the SLA. You will act as the first point of contact, both internally and externally, for all activities related to the specific contract. It is essential that you ensures we meet our contract obligations in a satisfactory manner.
You’ll specifically take care of securing resource allocation, planning hours and costs, and effectively manage risks and opportunities. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll excel in working with internal and external stakeholders, lead and plan customer interactions and follow-up meetings.
We’ll look to you for:
- Lead Project Core Team in executing Product Introduction activities from project initiation.
- Implement and communicate PI processes, ensuring resources are skilled and available.
- Achieve contractual Reliability targets.
- Capture and analyse field data during start-up, design, and manufacturing phases.
- Timely delivery of PI-related deliverables, adhering to contract and PI standards.
- Develop commissioning, including customer infrastructure agreement.
- Implement incident management for Non-Conformity Reports and ensure closure of Open Items.
- Supervise project-specific PI staff and coordinate internal/external audits.
- Adhere to Alstom Zero Deviation Plan and Customer EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements on Customer Sites.
- Coordinate obsolescence management for Digital & Information Systems.
- Ensure supplier commitment and execute charge-back agreements.

- Degree in engineering and/or an industrial background
- Prior experience in Project execution (technical or industrial) and team management
- Familiarity with multi-platform product knowledge, field experience, customer contact, contract management, EHS knowledge/exposure
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- A proactive and resourceful approach
- Desire to work collaboratively and strong communication
- Fluent English and Swedish.
