Could you be the full-time Project Documentation Coordinator in Stockholm we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Engineering Group Manager, and work alongside supportive and motivated teammates.
You'll coordinate documentation activities along life cycle of the project and in line with project contractual obligations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project team, program management, process owners), define and monitor complete project documentation, and prepare related reporting.
You’ll specifically be the main contact with the Customers, Partners, the core team, involved in the Project (documentation requirements, contractual documents to deliver, etc.).
We’ll look to you for:
- Create and update Documentation Management Plan (DMP) in line with the customer contractual requirements and share it with project internal stakeholders.
- Define and Deploy the Project documents single repository (in Teams, SharePoint, etc...).
- Manage the documentation management internal & external requirements.
- Follow and make sure rules defined in the DMP are understood and applied by every team member.
- Collect all documents (inputs) from the Project and place them in Project DML (Documentation Master List).
- Ensure documentation is properly validated before any submission to Customer.
- Adapt and implement the documentation structure in accordance with standards.
- Participate in configuration & change reviews to guarantee integration in all activities of the team members that are involved with documentation.
- Defines & analyses documentation reporting.
- Participates in Gate review, Internal and External quality inspection.

- · Degree in Engineering.
- · Experience or understanding of document management.
- · Knowledge of project documentation standards.
- · Structured way of working with continuous Improvement mindset.
- · Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- · Notions of change and configuration management are a plus, but not mandatory.
