Your mission?

 

As a Product Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for Product Sales Support at Parts & Services D&IS Nordics, being part of a team working with products, spares, and services for signalling.

You will be responsible for promoting, organizing, and selling our products to end-customers as well as providing back-office sales support. You will update financial information, maintain and develop processes.

You are result and data driven and enjoy working in network. You are comfortable in an international and multi-cultural environment and on-time delivery for you is trouble-free.

 

Your key responsibilities?

 

  • Promote and sell our products and services to end-customer.
  • Back-office sales support tasks for example keep track on activities.
  • Support customer with prices for old and new products.
  • Support and initiate deliveries of sold products.
  • Keep track on all orders and invoicing.
  • Update financial information such as sales and order intake.
  • Maintain and develop processes.

 

Minimum qualifications:

 

  • Engineering degree and/or Business School or equivalent work experience
  • Good skills in MS Excel, for example in pivot
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • English and Swedish business fluent

 

Ideally:

  • You have experience in sales of technical products
  • Well documented knowledge in administrative systems.
